Kevin D. Cullen
Kevin D. Cullen was born in Victoria, Texas, in 1954. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1980. Cullen has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame (1977). He attended the University of Texas School of Law, where he earned his JD with honors (1980). He was board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law from 1986 – 2022. Kevin is named in Texas Super Lawyers® and Texas Monthly Magazine 2006-2022. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, 2006-2022. He was a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates from 2001-2022. He was also a member of the Victoria County Bar Association (where he served as president in 1988) the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (where he was a past area director). He is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.
jean s. cullen
Jean S. Cullen was born Evergreen Park, Illinois, in 1955. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1980. She has a BBA with honors from the University of Notre Dame and earned a JD with honors from the University of Texas School of Law (1980). Jean is a member of the Victoria County and American Bar Associations, along with the State Bar of Texas.
casey t. cullen
Casey T. Cullen was born in Victoria, Texas, in 1984. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2010. Cullen is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Western Districts of Texas; and he’s admitted to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Casey earned a BBA at the University of Notre Dame (2007) and attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he earned his JD (2010). He has been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star.
He is a member of the Victoria County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Federal Bar Association, Catholic Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit.
Casey currently serves on the Victoria Sales Tax Development Corporation and the Board of Directors for Camp Aranzazu in Rockport, Texas. He has also served on the St. Joseph High School Board of Directors from 2011 – 2018. He has also served on the Board of the Leo J. Welder Center, Boys and Girls Club, Victoria Fine Arts, Victoria Theatre, and the Victoria Business and Education Coalition.
brendan c. holm
Brendan C. Holm was born and raised in Victoria, Texas. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2013. Mr. Holm is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, and he’s admitted to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Brendan earned his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College. After a stint in commercial real estate in San Antonio, Brendan attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he earned his JD. During law school, Mr. Holm was involved in the St. Mary’s Student Bar Association, eventually serving as Vice President in 2013. While in law school, he was also inducted in Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honor Fraternity). Mr. Holm was also selected to participate in the external advocacy program as a member of the Mock Trial team and competed in litigation competitions around the country during his final year in law school. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Brendan currently serves on the St. Joseph High School Board of Directors. His law practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, oil and gas, outside counsel work, real estate, and fiduciary litigation.
edward hernandez III
Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Edward is a native West Texan admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007 and the State Bar of New Mexico in 2008. Edward is also admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Texas, New Mexico, and Western Oklahoma. Edward practices civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial litigation and personal injury trial law. He earned his undergraduate and law school degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
Edward is a former amateur boxer who participated in the National Golden Gloves, National USA Boxing and National Police Athletic League Championships. He is a licensed USA Boxing Coach, Official, and Referee who continues to help disadvantaged youth through the sport of boxing to reach their full potential. Edward has worked for over 20 years in various gang-prevention and underprivileged youth programs to help children, particularly teenagers, avoid the dangers of the streets. He continues to return to his hometown neighborhood on a regular basis to volunteer at the Optimist Boys & Girls Club.
